Day 01: Tuesday 07th Oct 2025: Arrival in Delhi (D)

Welcome to India! Upon your arrival at Delhi Airport, you’ll be greeted by our representative who will assist you with a private transfer to your hotel. After checking in, take the rest of the day to relax and unwind from your journey.

This evening, you’ll have the opportunity to meet your fellow travelers and your LWT tour manager  who will be with you throughout your journey. Enjoy a wellcome dinner tonight.

Day 02: Wednesday 08th October 2025: Exploring Delhi (B)

 Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before embarking on an unforgettable journey through the historic and modern facets of Delhi. Our first stop is the bustling lanes of Chandni Chowk in Old Delhi, where a heritage walk awaits you. Experience the vibrant culture as you navigate through the narrow streets, witnessing the lively markets and the rich architectural heritage.

Next, visit the majestic Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India, built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. Admire its grandeur and if you wish, take a moment to absorb the serene atmosphere. As we drive past the iconic Red Fort, marvel at its imposing red sandstone walls, a symbol of India’s rich history.

The exploration continues as we visit New Delhi, starting with the Rashtrapati Bhawan, the official residence of the President of India. Marvel at its splendid architecture before heading to the Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This towering minaret stands as a testament to the architectural brilliance of the Slave Dynasty.

As the day comes to an end, return to the comfort of the Leela Ambience Convention Hotel for a well-deserved rest.

Day 03: Thursday 09th October 2025: Culinary Delights and Cultural Insights (B, L)

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, immerse yourself in a unique culinary experience with a 2-hour cooking session. Under the guidance of a local chef, learn to prepare some classic Indian dishes, and then savor the flavors of your creations for lunch.

In the afternoon, our journey takes us to the heart of New Delhi, where modernity meets tradition. We’ll visit the grand Rashtrapati Bhawan, an architectural marvel and the official residence of the President of India. From there, we’ll proceed to India Gate, a war memorial dedicated to the soldiers who lost their lives in World War I.

Next, we’ll explore the Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Delhi’s most iconic landmarks. Standing tall at 72.5 meters, this red sandstone tower is adorned with intricate carvings and verses from the Holy Quran.

As the day comes to a close, return to the hotel for a relaxing evening.

Day 04: Friday 10th October 2025: Journey to Jaipur (B)

Start your day with a hearty breakfast before we embark on a scenic drive to Jaipur, the vibrant capital of Rajasthan, known as the Pink City. Upon arrival, check into the luxurious ITC Rajputana Hotel, where you can relax and refresh.

In the afternoon, we’ll visit the Anokhi Museum of Hand Printing, a unique institution dedicated to the preservation of traditional block printing techniques. Here, you’ll witness the intricate art form and the beautiful garments that result from this age-old craft.

The evening is free for you to explore the local markets or simply unwind at the hotel.

Day 05: Saturday 11th October 2025: Discovering the Wonders of Jaipur (B,D)

After a delicious breakfast at the ITC Rajputana Hotel, we’ll embark on a journey to the magnificent Amber Fort. Enjoy an optional elephant ride up the hill to the fort entrance, a truly memorable experience. If you prefer, you can also hire a local jeep to ascend to the fort. Explore the fort’s splendid architecture, a perfect blend of Rajasthani and Mughal styles.

In the afternoon, our tour continues to the City Palace, a sprawling complex that showcases the grandeur of Jaipur’s royal heritage. Next, we’ll visit the Royal Observatory (Jantar Mantar), an architectural marvel with its impressive collection of astronomical instruments.

Take a leisurely drive past the Jal Mahal, a beautifully restored water palace that appears to float on the serene waters of Man Sagar Lake. The rest of the afternoon is yours to explore the vibrant Bapu Bazaar, known for its colorful textiles, traditional footwear, and exquisite handicrafts.

In the evening, we’ll have a unique cultural experience at a local Indian family’s home. Enjoy a rickshaw ride to local vegetable shops for shopping, followed by a visit to the family’s home where you’ll partake in an Indian dinner prepared with the ingredients you’ve selected. This intimate experience offers a glimpse into the local Rajasthani culture, traditions, and cuisine. A saree-tying lesson will be provided, adding a special touch to the evening.

After a day filled with exploration and cultural immersion, return to the hotel for a restful night.

Day 06: Sunday 12th October 2025: Jaipur Sightseeing (B)

 After breakfast, we embark on a full day of exploring Jaipur, starting with a visit to the majestic Amber Fort. You’ll have the option to enjoy an elephant ride up to the fort, offering a unique and memorable experience. Alternatively, you can opt for a jeep ride to the fort’s entrance.

Next, we’ll visit the City Palace, a beautiful blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. Explore its courtyards, gardens, and buildings, getting a glimpse into Jaipur’s royal history. We’ll also visit the Royal Observatory, an impressive astronomical observatory with rare instruments.

In the afternoon, we’ll drive past the stunning Jal Mahal, a royal pavilion surrounded by the Man Sagar Lake. We’ll then have free time for shopping at the vibrant Bapu Bazaar, where you can find local handicrafts, textiles, and souvenirs.

Day 07: Monday 13th October 2025: Jaipur to Ranthambore (B, D) 3 Hour drive

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and embark on a scenic drive to Ranthambore. Upon arrival, settle into your accommodations before heading out in the afternoon for an exciting jungle safari at Ranthambore National Park.

Spend the evening at leisure, surrounded by the serene wilderness.

Day 08: Tuesday 14th October 2025: Ranthambore (B,L,D)

Start your day with an exhilarating early morning jungle safari in Ranthambore National Park, offering the best chances to spot wildlife in their natural habitat. Traverse the park’s deep jungles in an open-roof vehicle, keeping an eye out for the majestic Bengal tiger and other fascinating wildlife. After an approximately three-hour adventure, return to the hotel to enjoy a hearty breakfast and relax in comfort for the rest of the morning.

After lunch, embark on another exciting jungle safari in the late afternoon, further exploring the park’s diverse landscapes and spotting more wildlife. In the evening, unwind at the hotel, followed by a delicious dinner before retiring for the night.

Day 09: Wednesday 15th October 2025: Ranthambire – Fatehpur Sikri / Agra (240 kms / 5 hrs drive (B)

After breakfast, continue your journey to Agra, the home of the iconic Taj Mahal. Along the way, make a brief stop to visit Fatehpur Sikri, the magnificent red sandstone Mughal complex built by Emperor Akbar. Explore its highlights, including the mosque dedicated to Sheikh Salim Chisti, the Sufi saint who blessed Akbar with a son.

Upon arrival in Agra, check in to your hotel and relax.

Highlight:
In the evening, experience Mohabbat the Taj, an enchanting 80-minute theatrical performance that brings to life the story of love and grandeur from the Mughal era. This drama beautifully portrays the eternal love between Emperor Shah Jahan and Mumtaz Mahal, set amidst the opulence of the 16th century.

Day 10: Thursday 16th October 2025: Day in Agra: Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and Unique Experiences (B)

Begin your day with an early morning visit to the Taj Mahal at sunrise, where you can witness the awe-inspiring beauty of this eternal symbol of love. Often described as a “poem in white marble,” the Taj Mahal tells the timeless story of Emperor Shah Jahan and Mumtaz Mahal’s love.

Return to the hotel for breakfast before heading to the impressive Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Built from red sandstone, this historic fort features magnificent palaces, audience halls, and lush gardens. Later, visit the Baby Taj (Itmad-ud-Daulah), an exquisite tomb whose intricate designs are said to have inspired the Taj Mahal.

In the afternoon, visit Mother Teresa’s Orphanage, where you’ll have the chance to connect with the children and distribute gifts such as blankets, clothing, and chocolates. This heartwarming experience provides an opportunity to give back while gaining perspective on life’s necessities.

End your day with a visit to Sheroes Hangout Café, a unique space run by women who are acid attack survivors. Enjoy tea or coffee, explore the library, and browse a selection of handmade handicrafts and embroidered items that reflect the resilience and creativity of the women who manage the café.

For an optional evening activity, visit a Zardozi workshop (USD 50 per person) to learn about the intricate art of gold thread embroidery. This craft, unique to Agra, incorporates semi-precious gems and reflects the grandeur of Mughal-era designs.

Day 11: Friday 17th October – Drive from Agra to Delhi and Fly to Varanasi (B)

After breakfast, drive to Delhi airport to catch your flight to Varanasi, one of India’s most spiritual and culturally rich cities. Upon arrival at Varanasi airport, you will be transferred to your hotel for check-in.

Day 12: Saturday 18th October 2025: Exploring Varanasi (B)

Start your day with an enchanting sunrise boat ride along the sacred River Ganges. The serene dawn and the sight of devotees at the bathing ghats create an unforgettable experience.

After breakfast, explore the famous ghats and visit significant temples such as the Tulsi Manas Temple, Alamgir Temple, and Bharat Mata Temple, each offering a glimpse into Varanasi’s spiritual and cultural heritage.

Later, journey to Sarnath, the site where Buddha delivered his first sermon. Explore the ruins and visit the Sarnath Museum, which houses fascinating artifacts unearthed from the site.

After lunch, head to the Sarai Mohana village, renowned for its exquisite silk weaving. Witness the craftsmanship behind the iconic Banarasi sarees, which are famous for their intricate gold and silver brocade work, fine silk, and stunning embroidery. The artisans here dedicate weeks, sometimes months, to creating these masterpieces that are cherished as symbols of Indian culture.

In the evening, return to Varanasi and attend the mesmerizing Aarti ceremony at the ghats of the River Ganges. The vibrant lights, chants, and spiritual energy make for a magical end to the day.

Day 13: Sunday 19th October – Fly from Varanasi to Dehradun and Drive to Rishikesh (B,D)

Transfer to Varanasi Airport for your flight to Dehradun. Upon arrival, you’ll be driven to Rishikesh, the renowned yoga capital of the world. This spiritual haven is celebrated for its ashrams, yoga, and meditation retreats, as well as its adventurous river rafting opportunities.

Terms and Conditions of booking

Please take the time to read and understand the booking terms and conditions prior to booking a trip with us.

Deposits and Payment Schedule

To join any of our captivating Luxury Women’s Tours (LWT) itineraries, a per-person deposit, tailored to your selected trip, is required to confirm and secure your reservation.

The final balance payment must be settled 90 days before your journey begins. If you book within this 90-day window, the full amount becomes due at the time of booking.

In case of cancellation more than 90 days prior to the trip’s start, a full refund is granted, with deductions for non-refundable supplier deposits and non-refundable flight expenses.

For cancellations made between 90 and 60 days before the trip starts, your land component deposits become non-refundable, while all other payments are refunded, with non-refundable supplier or flight charges deducted.

Cancellations occurring 59 days or fewer before the trip starts result in all land tour component payments, including the deposit, being non-refundable.

All flights are subject to airline terms and conditions.

Pricing

Published trip prices include all applicable taxes and are based on shared occupancy. Solo travelers are thoughtfully matched with roommates to avoid additional single supplement fees. Single supplements are available with a surcharge, subject to availability.

Please note that LWT is not responsible for fees related to currency exchange or charges imposed by your credit card company or bank for foreign currency transactions.

All Flight Booking Conditions

Be aware that terms, conditions, and cancellation fees imposed by flight carriers are applicable in accordance with the airline’s policies.

Cancellation by the Client

In case a Client needs to cancel their reservation, we request written notification sent to jamie@luxurywomenstours.com.au.

Upon receiving written confirmation of cancellation from LWT, your reserved spot on the trip will be released, and rebooking availability is not guaranteed.

Refund terms for client-initiated cancellations are as follows:

  • Over 90 days before the trip’s start: Full refund, with deductions for non-refundable supplier deposits and non-refundable flight expenses.
  • Cancellation between 90 and 60 days before the trip’s start: Land component deposits become non-refundable, with all other payments refunded, minus non-refundable supplier or flight charges.
  • Cancellations occurring 59 days or fewer before the trip starts result in all land tour component payments, including the deposit, being non-refundable.
  • All flights are subject to airline terms and conditions.

Credits

Credits are valid for use within the original year of the trip or the following calendar year, with a total validity period of 24 months from the date of issuance.

These credits can be transferred to another woman, who assumes responsibility for any outstanding balance payments and directly reimburses you for the deposit. However, the replacement participant must meet trip registration requirements and receive approval from LWT.

You can also apply your credits toward the final balance of another trip, provided the request is made at least 90 days before the trip’s start date. Additionally, you have the flexibility to transfer your credits to any other trip or cancel and reapply your credits as many times as needed before the 90-day mark before the trip date, all within the original credit expiry date. Please note that all credits are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Cancellation of a Tour by Luxury Women’s Tours

Our trips are confirmed to depart with a minimum group size booked. LWT reserves the right to cancel any trip for any reason, though cancellations less than 60 days before departure are rare, except for Force Majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond LWT’s control.

If LWT cancels a tour before the agreed departure date for reasons other than Force Majeure or the fault of the Client, you have the following options:

  • Choose a substitute tour of equivalent or higher price, paying the difference.
  • Opt for a substitute tour of lower price, receiving the difference in price as a refund.
  • Receive a full refund of all monies paid under the contract.

LWT is not responsible for incidental expenses or consequential losses incurred by the Client, such as visa fees, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail tickets, non-refundable parking, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment.
